New Project Alert: Electrical construction works in Stapylton, Gold Coast

You’ve probably come across the Gold Coast suburb of Stapylton on your way to Queensland’s iconic Yatala Pies, or to experience one of the country’s few remaining drive-in cinemas.

It’s a small locality about 40 kms south of Brissy and it’s where you’ll find a team of our Brisbane-based electricians for the next few months. They won’t be watching movies or eating (many) meat pies, but taking on a new industrial development project for our long-standing client, Multi Span Australia.

Starting this month and working through to January next year, our licensed electricians will join more than eleven other trades in the construction of an industrial warehouse and office space consisting of two separate tenancies.

The project requires the supply and installation of all things electrical and communications, from mains power to lighting and structured cabling.

Our full scope of work includes:

  • Civil electrical
  • Consumer mains
  • A new main switchboard
  • Lighting and general power
  • Exit and evacuation lighting
  • Cark park pole lighting
  • Cat 6 structured cabling

We’re always excited to work on new builds such as this one, as we can plan our installation to the last detail, ensuring that the finished building product is of the highest quality.
