The East Point Project Ipswich is a three-level commercial building. It features a ground-floor childcare facility and two levels of premium commercial space. Moreover, it offers full-height glazing, lush landscaping, and panoramic park views. Designed to meet the growing needs of Ipswich, it promises to attract health, medical, and education operators.
Q Power’s Role
Q Power partnered with Tomkins Commercial to deliver a range of essential electrical solutions. These include:
- Civil works for underground electrical and communication pathways
- Pad-mount transformer installation
- Consumer mains and switchboard setup
- Sub mains and distribution boards
- General power and LED lighting
- Exit and emergency lighting
- Data and communication systems
- Security and access control
- Testing and commissioning
