This purpose-built industrial warehouse development includes:

Furthermore, the project was delivered as a construct-only electrical package for De Luca Corporation Pty Ltd. As a result, the facility was handed over fully compliant, certified and ready for operation. In addition, the integrated energy monitoring and security systems support long-term efficiency and performance.
Our Commercial Electrical Contractors Brisbane Scope of Works
Working alongside De Luca Corporation Pty Ltd, Q Power delivered the complete electrical scope for this industrial warehouse project. Importantly, our team managed all elements from underground infrastructure through to final commissioning.
- Electrical services civils and uniculvert installation
- LV reticulation including consumer mains, main switchboard (MSB), sub mains and distribution boards
- Metering and RS485 backbone integration to an IPD Energy Monitoring System
- Internal and external lighting systems
- General power installation throughout warehouse and office areas
- Data and communications infrastructure (Cat 6A)
- Access control and security systems
- Temporary construction power and compound lighting
- Anti-seismic certified cable support systems
- RPEQ engineering and Form 15 certification
- Compaction testing and full as-constructed documentation
Furthermore, all systems were tested and commissioned to ensure compliance, safety and long-term reliability.
