Whether it’s space to store excess stock, to hide a shoe obsession from your spouse, or to save the daily newspaper for decades (true story!), many of us turn to self-storage centres as a solution.
They’re convenient, typically affordable, and we depend on them as a safe and secure location to store our stuff. That they can be this way, of course, relies on their initial design and construction. And that’s why we find ourselves at a new gate automation and electrical project in Ipswich.
The city of Raceview, about 40 kms south-west of Brisbane, is welcoming a new National Storage to the neighbourhood. If you haven’t heard of National Storage, they’re one of the most popular self-storage solutions in Australia and New Zealand with over 70,000 customers.
We’re working on this new facility in Ipswich with Multi Span Australia, delivering power, motion-sensor lighting, automatic entry gates, and LED and emergency lighting. Our work will help to ensure the building stays secure, convenient, and safe for customers and staff alike.
In total, the new facility is made up of two separate double-storey buildings consisting of office space and 285 storage units.
We’re set to finish this electrical and automation project by the end of the year, so if Santa’s too good to you, you know where you can find extra space…
