A new look… and a new direction!
You may have noticed a few changes around here; for the first time in about five years, Q Power’s had a brand refresh! We’ve come up with a new look for the business and revisited our mission, vision and values as a team, which was an awesome process as we’ve grown so much in the past few years.

We think our renewed mission, vision and values speaks to our multi-generational experience in the industry, our true passion for our work, and our commitment to delivering excellence always. Our new tagline? Industrious Electrical.
We want to be known as the best place to work as an electrician in Australia – and considered by commercial builders and industries as genuine partners, not just subcontractors.

What about the new direction?
So, we’ve covered our new look, but what about our new direction?
Enter: Walsh Gates.
It’s been a long time coming, but we’re excited to announce that we’re bringing the automation leg out of Q Power and giving it its own brand entirely, Walsh Gates. That means Q Power will focus exclusively on commercial and industrial electrical services, while Walsh Gates will take on gate automation for industrial, commercial and high-end residential properties.
The separation of our core divisions allows us to take each of them further–with a clear and specialised focus in both brands, we can elevate our existing resources and expertise, and better service our clients across Queensland.
With our new tagline, Make an entrance, Walsh Gates will deliver quality automatic gate design, fabrication, installation, servicing and repair. But that’s not all; we’ll also be providing out-of-the-box and custom-made automatic gate solutions online, so our customers can benefit from quality made solutions that are ready (and easy) to install. Our website will be up and running shortly, so stay tuned.
